This lesson is easy to implement, free, and designed to be taught in a classroom setting or to any group of children (at a library, scout troop, Sunday school class, etc.). The training includes take home materials for reinforcement of this lesson at home.

QPR: Question, Persuade, Refer
QPR: Because experiencing abuse is a known risk factor for suicidal thoughts, we are offering this essential workshop to empower our community. Available in both English and Spanish, this 90-minute session is open to everyone—youth, adults, social service professionals, and community members.
QPR stands for Question, Persuade, and Refer—three simple yet powerful steps anyone can learn to help prevent suicide. Just as CPR and the Heimlich Maneuver save lives in emergencies, QPR training equips individuals to recognize the warning signs of a suicide crisis and take action.
Every year, thousands of people like you say “Yes” to making a difference—helping friends, colleagues, siblings, and neighbors in need. Join us and become someone who can save a life.
